About Us

MMS Regulatory Solutions is recognised as a leading compliance and accounting consultancy. Established in 1999 as Leale-Green Ltd, we changed our name to Regulatory Solutions Limited in April 2006 after merging with top legal firm Maclay Murray & Spens.

Now, alongside our trusted financial, regulatory and compliance services we're also able to further support our clients through legal advice, tax advice and company secretarial support. And all backed by the security of a law firm that employs over 600 top professionals in the UK.

Helping to simplify your business

Our aim at MMS-RSL is simple: to add value to our clients by helping them build and maintain appropriate systems and controls to meet the FSA's and SEC's requirements - at a reasonable cost.

Our philosophy is to simplify and demystify regulation and ensure that our clients have in place a suitable compliance infrastructure to meet the letter and spirit of the rules.

In addition to our compliance services, we also have an established finance team dedicated to taking care of our clients' accounting and regulatory finance requirements.

A complete service you can trust

We offer a complete compliance service including assistance with the FSA authorisation process, SEC registration process for Investment Advisers, development of compliance procedures and compliance monitoring for both FSA and SEC. We also provide assistance with ad hoc projects and offer ongoing support and advice.

We know the industry, our staff and directors have significant regulatory experience, and we provide a highly professional and personalised service. We adapt to our clients' needs by providing specific, relevant solutions that allow our clients to focus on their strengths.
